Main features : 
1.Modular design makes  installation, transportation and maintenance more convenient and fast.
2.Key components are manufactured according to Japan , Europe and USA's technology . Main parts of
   dynamic system , control system and mechanical system are international famous brand products which is
   excellent in performance and durable in use.
3.Mixing blade , mixing arm and lining board is made of wear resistant material and is replaceable. Service  life
   is not less than 100000 batches.

4.Load cell is from Amcells which has long service life and stable and accurate output signal.Metering accuracy is
   ±0.5% for aggregate, ± 0.3% for filler and ±0.25% for bitumen.
5.Unique 'two-stage metering' ensures best condition of the mixture proportion.

6.PLC is from SIEMENS. Host computer is Taiwan IPC which ensures stability and reliability of the equipment.
7.Dust collection bag which is made of Nomex fiber by American DuPont ensures high efficiency of dust removal
   and long service life. Dust emission is less than 50mg/Nm3.
8.Utilization of full automatic burner, fuel atomization and automatic control of air fuel ratio makes good  
   combustion effect. Besides, the 'material curtain' formed in drying drum and heat preservation measures
   greatly reduces fuel consumption ( less than 6.5kg/t under standard condition ).
9.Heavy oil and residual oil can be used, which reduces fuel cost.
10.Utilization of coal burner can also greatly reduce production costs. Unique dual air duct design ensures full  
     combustion of pulverized coal.
